About this file

This document is Amendment No. 3 to a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. DC814) between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (the "Department") and GGI, LLC, doing business as Genesis Group, a Florida limited liability company (the "Consultant"). The amendment involves a contract originally dated September 23, 2008, which had previously been amended twice, with this third amendment focused on extending the contract's completion date.

The amendment extends the term of the original agreement, which began on September 23, 2008, to be coterminous with the latest completion date of any Work Assignments authorized by the Department. Specifically, the amendment sets the new completion date as March 23, 2015, acknowledging that the Consultant was currently performing work under one or more Work Assignments that might not be fully completed by the previous end date. The amendment modifies Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of the original agreement, with the key change being the extension of the contract's performance period. No changes to contract funding amounts or specific service details are noted in this amendment.
