About this file

This document is a Standard Agreement Modification #1 between the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) and KPMG LLP, specifically modifying Contract Number Z1089 for the Florida Recovery Obligation Calculation (F-ROC) Program. The modification was executed on March 7, 2025, and focuses on revising the contract's period of performance.

The contract modification adjusts the term of the agreement to span from January 2, 2025, to January 1, 2026, unless terminated earlier according to the agreement's provisions. While specific pricing, budget, or detailed scope are not explicitly outlined in this modification document, it appears to be a standard one-year professional services contract for the F-ROC Program. The modification maintains all original agreement terms and conditions, with the primary change being the explicit statement of the contract's performance period. The document is signed by Chris Shuster from KPMG LLP (in the role of Principal Advisor) and Stephanie Houp from FDEM (as Deputy Executive Director & General Counsel).
