About this file

This document is a Task Order issued by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to Tetra Tech Inc. for Inspection Services under the Elevate Florida program. The contract is associated with Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding from disaster recovery declarations DR-4828 and DR-4834. The task order is part of a broader contract (H1195) and specifically covers Task Order #1 for pre-construction elevation certificate inspections.

The task order authorizes Tetra Tech to perform pre-construction elevation certificate inspections across all 10 Florida regions, with a not-to-exceed amount of $88,560.00 for the period of May 7, 2025 to June 30, 2025. The unit cost for each pre-construction elevation certificate is $900.00, and the contractor may also charge a $150.00 no-show fee if a scheduled inspection cannot be completed due to resident unavailability. The contract requires Tetra Tech to submit detailed documentation through specific portals, including elevation certificates and invoices, and to adhere to the Elevate Florida Inspection Guide. Funding is split between federal and local shares, with $66,420.00 from federal sources and $22,140.00 from local sources.
