About this file

This document is a Task Order issued by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to Hunt, Guillot & Associates, LLC (HGA), a Louisiana-based company, under Contract Number H1189 for the Elevate Florida program. The task order is part of a broader Inspection & Assessment Services contract, specifically focusing on Task Order #1 for Inspection Services, and involves multiple state and federal funding sources including Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds from disaster declarations DR-4828 and DR-4834.

The task order authorizes HGA to provide pre-construction elevation certificate inspections across all 10 Florida regions, with a total not-to-exceed value of $88,560.00 for the period of May 7, 2025 to June 30, 2025. The contractor will be paid $900.00 per pre-construction elevation certificate, with an additional $150.00 no-show fee if a scheduled property inspection cannot be completed due to resident unavailability. HGA is required to coordinate with the project management vendor, submit required program forms, upload elevation certificates to a specific portal, and use the division's Salesforce platform for invoice submissions. The funding is split between federal ($66,420.00) and local ($22,140.00) shares, and the contractor must adhere to the Elevate Florida Inspector Guide throughout the project.
