About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines nine data items required to be delivered under an engineering support services contract for the MC-130J aircraft, including status reports, technical reports, test/inspection reports, conference minutes and agendas, drawings/models, cost proposals, and weight/balance reports. Delivery dates and formats are specified for draft and final submissions. The related opportunity is a solicitation for MC-130J engineering support services, to be awarded as a sole source to PCI Aviation, LLC. The requirement includes defining and resolving engineering issues, supporting modifications, improving operational capabilities, and performing logistical studies. The period of performance is one year basic with four one-year options, using firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, and cost reimbursement contract types. The activity requests authority to acquire the services using other than full and open competition due to the circumstances described.
