The DID shall be tailored as follows:
1. Delete 3.1.f(4)
2. In paragraph 3.8 delete the phrase "software version".
3. In all sub-paragraphs of section 3 where "test and inspection" is shown, delete "test and".
4. In paragraph 3.7 delete the phrase "and for the testing".
5. Delete 3.9.b and 3.9.c.
6. Restructure paragraph 3.9.e(2) to read "Any Pass or Fail result forms, or other result forms shall be included in the FAT/IPP. Result forms included in Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), that are part of the TDP provided to the contractor, shall be included."
7. In paragraph 3.10b delete the phrase "planned for testing".
Blk 7:
The Government will accept the Receiving Report through WAWF upon final delivery.
Blk 8:
The FAT/IPP will be approved by C-17 SPO Support Equipment
Engineering.
Blk 10, 11, 12, 13:
The contractor shall submit an initial draft FAT/IPP in accordance with the contracted schedule. The Government engineer shall have 60 business days to review the initial draft FAT/IPP. The contractor shall continue to revise the FAT/IPP until the Government engineer is satisfied that the FAT/IPP meets all the necessary requirements of this CDRL. After the Government engineer approves the draft FAT/IPP and notifies the PCO and contractor through email communication, the contractor shall submit the invoice in WAWF for Government final approval of the FAT/IPP.

Blk 14;
The FAT/IPP shall be submitted in a single, searchable Adobe PDF file and submitted by Email. If the FAT/IPP is greater that 15MB in size, the Government will accept delivery through DoD Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE) (https://safe.apps.mil) to the PCO.
NOTE: Any changes to the FAT/IPP after approval must be coordinated with the technical authority approving the plan. All coordinating actions shall be processed through the PCO per contracting regulations and public law.
The draft FAT/IPP shall be submitted to the PCO and the following email addresses:
