Questions and Answers from SSA solicitation

1. Sub-Clin 0001e asks for a quantity of 23 “ADVS1SSA” and the manufacturer shows 31 on file- I need to know if this should be 31 or, if not, which 23 of the 31 does OCC desire for coverage. Please see below for the list of 31.

a. The OCC requires a quantity of 31 for Sub-Clin 0001e

These are all the victor (ADVS1SSA) serial numbers listed under OCC and their address/# of clients:

1. ESS042920138828 Expires: 4/30/16 400 7th St SW, District of Columbia; Total No. of Clients : 3 revised

2. ESS091620147001 Expired: 11/30/15 400 7th St SW, District of Columbia; Total No. of Clients : 3 revised

3. ESS030320124410 Expires: 4/30/16 400 7th St SW, District of Columbia; Total No. of Clients : 15

4. ESS091620144587 Expires: 7/31/16 400 7th St SW, District of Columbia; Total No. of Clients : 10

1. What are the serial numbers of the systems to be covered?

a. The Excel Spreadsheet attached to this FBO posting titled “OCC System Serial Numbers for SSA RFP 030316” contains serial numbers.

2. The EMC Redundancy software has been “end-of-lifed” and is no longer supported by Software House- this means the secondary server is no longer supported and cannot be included. How do you want this to be handled? As a side note, there is a migration path from EMC to a different product called Marathon available but would require new Marathon software and professional services and more information before this could be priced.

a. Although EMC is no longer supported, the OCC continues to use this application and therefore the OCC will not be moving to the Marathon solution.

3. The sub-CLIN list of desired items to be covered does not include support for the C-Cure LDAP option nor Passage Point. Is coverage desired for either of these?

a. The OCC no longer requires these options.
