Camarillo Signal Painting and Yellow Borders Project
This is a Scope of Work document for the City of Camarillo, California detailing a traffic signal maintenance and improvement project. The project encompasses painting all signal heads, pedestrian housings, and pushbutton assemblies, along with the installation of reflective yellow borders on signal heads across twenty-two (22) signalized intersections throughout the city. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in place. The project scope addresses the complete refurbishment of traffic signal components to enhance visibility and safety at identified intersections, with all work to be performed by the selected contractor under a fixed agreement.
The document establishes that the contractor must provide comprehensive service including surface preparation, painting, and installation of reflective materials to specification. No specific contract term, renewal options, pricing structure, or bidding timeline information is detailed in the available excerpts. The project represents a localized traffic safety improvement initiative funded by the City of Camarillo and requires the selected contractor to possess the capability to perform work at multiple locations while maintaining quality standards across all twenty-two intersections.

Stormwater Quality Pollution Control Plan
SWPCP No. _________ (# Assigned by City Stormwater Staff)
BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES FOR
CONSTRUCTION LESS THAN 1 ACRE THAT WILL NOT BE ISSUED A GRADING PERMIT
(SMALL PUBLIC PROJECTS)
This SWPCP is required for all public projects including those under a Capital Improvement Project Plan that disturb less than one acre of soil. Prior to the issuance of any construction/building permit and/or the commencement of any clearing, grading or excavation, contractors of projects with small construction activities that disturb less than one acre of soil, or make improvements to existing buildings shall prepare and submit this Best Management Practices (BMPs) worksheet on the form provided herein. A Stormwater Quality Control/BMP map shall be attached to this SWPCP identifying the location of BMPs and their ID# (i.e., SE-10 Silt Fence); note an aerial map can be used showing BMPs, and if applicable, the map shall show location of any material, vehicle and equipment storage yards.
The purpose of the implementing BMPs is to effectively prohibit the entry of pollutants from the construction site into the storm drain system during construction. Erosion and sediment source control BMPs should be considered for both active and inactive construction areas. BMPs for wind erosion and dust control are also included. The BMPs may require modification as the project progresses and as conditions warrant. The BMPs shall be implemented in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No.
CAS004004 (Order R4-2021-0105) for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
This approved SWPCP must remain on-site and accessible during normal construction hours
