About this file

This is a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) Bulletin Number 1 issued by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department seeking qualified vendors to provide water well systems maintenance services on an intermittent, as-needed basis under Master Agreements. The bulletin, dated January 17, 2023, invites qualified vendors to submit statements of qualifications demonstrating their ability to provide services in one, some, or all service categories listed in the Schedule of Prices. Vendors need not be qualified to perform all services described in the Statement of Work but must meet specific minimum mandatory qualifications to be considered for award.

Vendor minimum mandatory qualifications require a minimum of ten years of experience within the last fifteen years providing water well systems repair and maintenance services equivalent to those described in the Statement of Work, verified through a completed Vendor's List of References. Additionally, vendors must possess a current and valid C-57 (Water Well Drilling) and/or C-61/D-21 (Pump Installations) license issued by the State of California, with copies provided as verification. Vendors must also be certified members of the California Groundwater Association, the National Groundwater Association, or the Association of California Water Agencies. The RFSQ requires vendors to complete and submit specified exhibits including vendor references, required licenses and certifications, and pricing schedules as part of their qualification submission.
