About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment 1 issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office for Solicitation No. BPM006890, specifically addressing Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfitting Services and Parts Purchase. The amendment modifies the original solicitation document, focusing on changes to specifications and reporting requirements.

The amendment revises the procurement process for parts/build materials, mandating that they be purchased immediately upon receipt of a Purchase Order, with the Fleet/Program Administrator to be notified of parts package arrival. Additionally, it updates the reporting requirements, stipulating that monthly reports must be provided to Fleet Managers and contract administrators. These reports will detail workload management, including open purchase order status, parts order status, production dates, planned completion, and potential delivery delays. The reports must be submitted in Excel format and may include additional details such as total state vehicle inventory on-site, delivery commitments by vehicle number, vehicle processing stages, potential delivery date issues, and an inventory of Department of Public Safety owned upfit equipment.
