About this file

This document contains the terms and conditions for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for onsite hazardous materials (HAZMAT) storage and hazardous waste (HAZWASTE) removal and disposal services. The BPA is effective from 26 May 2026 through 31 July 2026 and has a master limitation of $349,999.00 USD, with individual calls capped at $349,999.00 USD unless approved by the contracting officer. Calls against the BPA will be placed electronically via email exclusively by the contracting officer or authorized personnel listed on an authorized caller list; calls from unauthorized individuals will be executed at the vendor's own risk and will not be honored.

Pricing must be at least as low as the contractor's most favored customer pricing and include any applicable discounts for prompt payment. The contractor must furnish firm pricing for not less than two months and notify the contracting officer of any price changes with supporting documentation. All services require delivery tickets in triplicate showing contractor name, BPA number, call date and number, caller identification, service description, quantities, unit and total pricing, performance date, and caller name. Payment is made via electronic funds transfer or government purchase card following submission of summary invoices identifying delivery tickets upon BPA expiration. No partial performance of services per call is accepted unless authorized by the contracting officer. The government retains unilateral cancellation rights, and either party may withdraw with three calendar days' written notice, though previously issued and accepted calls remain binding unless otherwise agreed.
