About this file
This is a Worker Protection Form (BOP-2201 EO 2021-06) related to a Pennsylvania Department of Corrections solicitation for the installation of two water softeners at SCI Phoenix, located at 1200 Mokychic Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426. The form serves as a compliance document associated with the invitation for bid (IFB) process for this project. Electronic bid responses are required, and all interested vendors must be registered through the PA Supplier Portal to submit bids. Vendors are responsible for monitoring eMarketplace for any change notices to the solicitation, which become incorporated as part of the official IFB documentation. Prospective bidders should consult the Supplier Service Center for information regarding the registration and bidding procedures.
The Worker Protection Form represents Pennsylvania's commitment to worker protection standards under Executive Order 2021-06. This compliance requirement applies to vendors bidding on the water softener installation project and must be completed as part of the bid submission process. The form ensures that all contractors and subcontractors working on the project adhere to specified worker protection standards. No specific pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, or contract term specifics are detailed within this form document itself, as it functions primarily as a mandatory compliance attestation for the bidding process.
