The scope encompasses kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances, flooring, lighting, roofing materials, and HVAC components from specified manufacturers including Delta, GE, Whirlpool, American Standard, Broan, Shaw, Hunter, Hampton Bay, CertainTeed, and others. Escambia County will accept bids only through the OPENGOV platform from licensed and insured general contractors in good standing with the County. New contractors must submit a letter of insurability. The County reserves the right to award line items individually for emergency services limited to roofing and septic or sewer work. Contractors are obligated to use like, similar, or equal valued products as specified and are responsible for moving furniture while protecting all surfaces and property from damage. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent data, funding sources, or contract term details are included in this materials list.
