Through an Administrative Services Agreement between the BCLBC and Broome County, the BCLBC is located within the County Office Building and receives administrative services and assets from the County. Historically, BCLBC financial records were maintained by staff and formatted using a QuickBooks accounting system. In December of 2022, the Board of Directors authorized Land Bank staff to enter into a Professional Services contract with an external accounting firm to manage all BCLBC finances.
