3) Question: The Overview section advised that your building only receives U.S. Postal Mail twice a week. Would you know what days those deliveries occur?

Answer: Building 45 receives mail on Wednesday and Friday. NOTE:

Classified Appendices cannot be sent to Building 45. Refer to Para 5.b. of BAA for mailing instructions for any classified information.

You should check with DSS to see what UPS or Fed Ex mode is approved to submit classified information to the Government.

Proposals are due by 2 p.m. on 24 April 2015. Any proposals received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.215-1(c)(3). Please plan accordingly.

4) Question: What is the CAGE or SMO code of the location where the classified appendix will be submitted to (Bldg 620, Area B)? Our FSO needs the information to check in a database prior to mailing.

Answer: Our SMO code is WE1MFSDH6.

5) Question: Does the 35-page limit of the Technical/Management proposal include the classified response -- that is, should the combined page count for the (unclassified) Technical / Management proposal and classified appendix total 35 pages or less to be compliant?

Answer: Yes the Classified Appendix is part of your technical proposal and will be included in the 35 page limit.

6) Question: Page 14 of the BAA Overview, Section IV, Item 2(c)(i)(a) (Cost/Business Proposal) refers to an announcement model contract where responders should address any exceptions to terms and conditions. The contract does not seem to be included in the package files, nor does it seem to be referenced as a link within the BAA documents. If it is required, please provide the model contract documents, or a link where they can be downloaded.
