Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors
Submission of Offers: Offers shall be submitted by the due date and time provided on the SF1449 block 8 to Mindie Dixon - mdixon@usgs.gov
One (1) electronic copy shall be submitted as follows:
Tab A – Offer Form (Standard Form 1449) - original signature and date; Contract Administration Data; UEI; Acknowledgement of Solicitation Amendments if applicable.
Tab B – Pricing Tab C – Completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 and 52.204-24 if not updated in SAM.gov.
Tab D – Evaluation Factor Responses:
Factor 1: Technical Capability
i. Page Limit is 3 pages.
ii. The contractor’s quote shall provide a technical approach clearly demonstrating how the Government’s requirement will be met. If documentation submitted does not clearly demonstrate the contractor’s ability to provide a product with the stated specifications, the quote may not be considered.
Past Performance
iii. The Past Performance evaluation assesses the degree of confidence the Government has in an offeror’s ability to supply products and services that meet users’ needs based on a demonstrated record of performance
