About this file
This document is an Extension Agreement between Northwest Media, Inc. (owner of FosterParentCollege.com) and the Arizona Department of Child Safety. The agreement extends a previously established contract that was originally dated 09/28/2023 and set to expire on 09/27/2025, with this extension prolonging the contract term for an additional six months, now set to expire on 03/31/2026.
The extension is provided at a fixed rate of $109,375, which is based on 2,774 active users from the previous contract year. The pricing reflects adjustments for course usage, inflation, system enhancements, and major security upgrades, and is aligned with pricing in other states and counties. All other terms and conditions from the original contract remain in effect. The extension appears to be for continued access to online training services through FosterParentCollege.com, likely focused on supporting foster parents with educational resources and training modules.
