1.4 SUMMARY OF WORK
A. General:
This specification, along with related documents specified in Paragraph 1.1, covers the requirements for all work associated with the demolition of two (2) existing RCAG antenna Timber towers and associated infrastructure and the construction of two (2) new tilt down masts and their associated infrastructures located at the existing Ault RCAG site.
This project requires close coordination with FAA, SSC, and Weld county personnel for the location of underground utilities, construction staging area, site access, and associated cutovers for the new towers and the demolition of the existing towers.
The QFG RCAG facility is an operational facility and will remain operational during construction. The FAA shall have complete site access, including access to the existing shelter, and existing and new towers for the duration of the project.
The contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work in accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract. Additional labor, materials, equipment, and/or appurtenances not specifically detailed or specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided by the contractor as an integral part of the scope of work specified.
B. Major Items of Work:
The following items are a brief summary of the project and are provided solely for the purpose of revealing the general nature of the work involved. Items include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. Foundation Site Preparation and Site Grading:
a. Contractor will field verify foundation center location according to Contract drawings.
b. Prior to any excavation, an independent underground utility locate must be performed, some areas may require hand digging to ensure no interruptions will occur.
c. Contractor shall excavate and dispose of all unsuitable soil.
d. Contractor shall construct engineered sub-grade according with the project Plans and Specifications. Excavated sub-grade will be inspected by the RE. Compaction tests shall be provided by the contractor’s independent testing agency approved by the FAA.
e. Contractor is responsible for all final grading and ground cover as indicated on the project drawings and specifications.
f. Contractor shall provide compacted gravel pavement in areas impacted by the construction of the tilt-down towers as well as the access road to the towers.
2. Foundations, manholes and trenches:
a. Construct concrete foundation in accordance with approved foundation drawings for new two (2) tilt-down antenna masts and new pedestal mounted junction boxes. All inspection shall be in accordance with the specifications, project plans and shall be included in the contractor’s quality plan.
b. All foundation earthwork and construction shall be in accordance with construction drawings and project specifications.
c. All concrete shall be in accordance with Specification 03 30 00 Cast-in-Place Concrete and as indicated on the project drawings.
d. Quality Control concrete testing shall be done by an independent testing agency approved by the FAA

e. Excavate trenches from new antenna towers to the building. The conduits containing of electrical and communication cables shall be buried per construction drawings. Backfill the trenches over conduits as required.
f. Excavate to place one (contractor furbished) prefabricated manhole per construction drawings. Backfill the impacted area around the manhole with compact soil as required.
3. New Towers Installation and Hookup:
The contractor will install two (2) GFM tilt-down antenna masts. Contractor is responsible for terminations and testing of antenna mast grounding connections. The FAA will perform installation of the communication RCAG antennas and transfer all existing tower antenna frequencies radios to the new antenna towers.
The towers will be delivered to the site by the tower fabricator. Contractor is responsible for offloading and installing the new towers. Contractor shall be responsible for touching up any damaged paint and/or galvanization sections of the towers during construction.
4. Electrical Grounding and Lightning Protection at Communication Antenna Tower:
a. Excavate and backfill perimeter trench around new antenna mast for new EES.
b. Install new EES and bond new antenna masts to RCAG facility EES per the construction drawings.
c. Perform earth resistance tests of new EES system and provide written test reports.
5. Heliax Coaxial Cable Installation:
a. The contractor shall provide and pull Heliax coaxial cable between the new antenna mast mounted antenna cable enclosures and the RCAG building antenna cables demarcation enclosure per the construction drawings. Coaxial cables shall be tested before and after installation in accordance with the construction specification.
b. Provide one stainless steel antenna cables enclosure at the each tilt-down tower platform. The antenna cables enclosure shall include ground bulkhead connector bar and support hardware.
c. Provide one stainless steel cable enclosure with divider and back plate mounted on exterior wall of the building.
d. Install new communication junction boxes per the construction drawings.
e. Provide Heliax Coaxial cable in accordance with specification section 27 05 00.
f. Provide coaxial cable tests and test report.
6. Demolition:
a. Demolition of existing antennas and all associated antenna material including conduits, antenna mounts, grounding, antenna cable enclosures, coaxial cables, power cables, and lightning protection materials will be accomplished prior to the demolition of existing towers.
b. Prior to any demolition, an independent underground utility locate must be performed, some areas may require hand digging to ensure no interruptions will occur.
c. Perform abatement where activities impact existing regulated materials in accordance to project specifications, local, state and federal requirements.
d. Remove and properly dispose of all waste materials from the site.
7. General Scope Items:
a. Perform electronic subsurface locates in areas of excavation using an independent electronic subsurface locating contractor. Perform onsite review of marked locations with FAA and RE / COR prior to excavation activities.
b. At the completion of the project, submit redline drawings and other items in the specifications under contract closeout.
c. The site is an operational facility and will remain operational during construction, which will be accomplished by phasing construction activities and

demolition activities. The FAA shall have complete site access, including access to the existing buildings, existing and new towers for the duration of the contract.
PART 2 - PRODUCTS
2.1 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL (GFM)
A. Refer to appendix 01 11 00-A for GFM list.
2.2 CONTRACTOR FURNISHED MATERIAL
A. The contractor must furnish all materials for completion of the project except those are supplied by government as described above (listed in appendix 01 11 00-A). The equipment supplied must comply with all contract requirements. Material furnished by the contractor must be new, the standard products of manufacturers regularly engaged in the production of such materials and of the manufacturer’s latest designs that comply with specifications. Material provided must bear the label of the Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL) if those materials are normally evaluated and labeled by UL.
2.3 APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS
Applicable Publications: - The current Federal, Commercial and Trade Association Publications, as listed in the separate sections, form a part of this specification to the extent applicable to the work being specified. Where materials or workmanship are required by this contract to exceed the referenced code or standard, it is the contractor’s responsibility to provide materials or workmanship that exceeds the referenced code or standard. Such publications are initially listed by basic designation and subject matter title but will be referred to thereafter in the technical provisions by basic designation only. The federal agencies, Commercial, and Trade Associations referenced in these specifications are as follows.

PART 3 - EXECUTION
3.1 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A. The contractor must provide all labor, materials and equipment required to perform the work shown on the drawings and described herein. All work performed and all materials and equipment used will be subject to approval by the COR. This must include but not be limited to testing, inspection, scheduling, reporting, and submittals.
B. The construction of this facility must be in accordance with the drawings.
C. In the event of a difference among the following contract elements the order of precedence to determine which provisions must govern is as follows:
1) Written Agreement – includes Contract and all Change Orders
2) Project specifications
3) Project drawings
D. Any discrepancies between the contract provisions, the specifications and the contract drawings must be referred to the RE / COR for a written determination.
3.2 SUBMITTALS
A. Contractor must submit document, data, and/or material submittals in accordance with Section
01 33 00, Submittal Procedures, and/or as specified elsewhere in the Technical Specifications.

3.3 CONTRACT CLOSEOUT
A. The contractor is responsible for contract closeout in accordance with Section 01 77 00, Closeout Procedures.
3.4 PROJECT SPECIFIC WORK PLANS
A. Required Work Plans. The contractor shall be required to submit written work plans in accordance with the submittal requirements set out in section 01 33 00, Submittal Procedures, for critical items of work set out in this Section, in the technical specifications, or elsewhere in the contract documents. Work associated with the required work plans shall not commence until approval has been provided.
B. Work Plan - Underground Utility Damage Prevention: The contractor is responsible for complying with all OSHA regulations related to underground utility damage prevention. The contractor shall take all reasonable steps necessary to make certain that all active, abandoned, or unknown utilities are identified. Such steps are to include the utilization of an individual or firm acceptable to the contractor and knowledgeable in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) techniques, and competent to perform utility designation in conformance with the National Utility Locating Contractors Association (NULCA) Standard 101: Professional Competence Standards for Locating Technicians or other written standard acceptable to the FAA. See part 01 35 29 section 3.4 for details.
C. Work Plan - Crane Work:
1. Notify the Resident Engineer and the FAA, seven (7) days prior to the arrival of any crane with confirmation at least 48 hours prior to the arrival at the work site.
2. On the day of arrival of the crane at the work site, and every day the crane is at the work site thereafter, notify the Resident Engineer of its presence and location and provide daily reports of crane and pre-lift inspections
3. The following information for each crane must be submitted to the Project Manager and the Resident Engineer for review and approval a minimum of 15 calendar days prior to the arrival of the crane and with sufficient time for review:
a. Boom or lead height
b. Weight
c. Grounding methodology, crane must be grounded.
d. Crane Certificate of Insurance.
e. Annual Crane Inspection and Compliance Report
f. Crane Operator’s License and Certification.
g. Crane top flags and lights.
h. Site specific emergency response plan.
i. Crane Lift Plan.
j. Certifications for operators and equipment.
k. Qualifications of Rigging and Signal Personnel
4. Crane Lift Plan – Submit Crane Lift Plan to the FAA Project Engineer / Resident Engineer providing details that are specific to; the crane, all of the loading conditions, site conditions including underground utilities and obstructions, ingress and egress. The Lift Plan shall include load charts highlighted to indicate actual conditions, plan views of the location including crane footprint, pick points and swing radius of the hoisting area, stability calculations, detailed description of the lift(s), and all other pertinent information. If multiple cranes or a replacement crane are introduced, a lift plan shall be provided for each crane.

5. Crane Personnel Certification/Qualification
a. Operators – Operators must be qualified or certified in accordance with OSHA 1926
Subpart CC. Proof of current certifications or qualifications must be made available at the worksite.
b. Rigging personnel – The Rigger does not need to be certified by a third party, but deemed by the employer as qualified. Qualified means that they "possess a recognized degree, certificate, or professional standing, or have extensive knowledge, training, and experience and successfully demonstrate the ability to solve problems related to rigging loads" per OSHA 1926. Proof of current certifications or qualifications must be made available at the worksite
c. Signal personnel – Documentation of qualifications must be made available at worksite. The document must specify the type of signaling the person is qualified for (hand signaling, radio signals, etc.).
D. Work Plan - Fall Protection: Whenever activities are to be performed 6 feet or higher above a lower level by contractor or subcontractor personnel, the contractor shall:
1. Include a detailed Fall Protection Plan as part of the Safety and Health Plan submittal. The
Fall Protection Plan shall identify specific situations where fall protection is required by all contractor and subcontractor personnel who will be engaged in activities at elevations of 6 feet or higher, identify the fall protection system and associated components to be used, and explain the specific methods and procedures to be followed to assure 100% fall protection.
2. 100% fall protection means that the employee is protected 100% of the time by an approved fall protection system regardless of activity. 100% of the time an employee is engaged in activities at elevations of 6 feet or higher; the employee must be protected -without exception.
3. Guardrail Systems when used as the means of fall protection on the job shall comply with 29 CFR 1926.502(b). Additionally, these systems shall:
a. Be provided on every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level on all open sides, except where there is an entrance to a ramp, stairway, or fixed ladder.
b. Consist of a top rail, intermediate rail, and posts, and shall have a vertical height of 42 inches nominal from upper surface of top rail to floor, platform, runway, or ramp level.
When used mid-rails shall be half the distance between the top rail and to floor, platform, runway, or ramp level.
c. Be capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds applied within 2 inches of the top edge of the top rail, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge.
d. Be capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 150 pounds applied to the mid-rail, in any outward or downward direction.
e. Use toeboards or screens when objects could fall to a lower level.
4. Safety Net Systems when used as the means of fall protection on the job site shall comply with 29 CFR 1926.502(c). Additionally, these systems shall:
a. Be installed as close as practicable under the walking/working surface on which employees are working, but in no case more than 30 feet below such level.
b. Extend outward from the outermost projection of the work surface as follows:

c. Be capable of absorbing an impact force equal to that produced by the required drop test. The drop-test shall be performed at the job site after initial installation and before being used as a fall protection system, whenever relocated, after major repair, and at 6-month intervals if left in one place. The drop-test shall consist of a 400 pound bag of sand 30 ± inches in diameter dropped into the net from the highest walking/working surface at which employees are exposed to fall hazards, but not from less than 42 inches above that level.
d. Be installed with sufficient clearance under them to prevent contact with the surface or structures below when subjected to an impact force equal to the required drop test.
f. Be inspected daily, at the beginning and end of each shift, and all materials, scrap pieces, equipment, and tools which have fallen into the safety net must be removed as soon as possible from the net.
g. Be inspected after any occurrence that could affect the integrity of the safety net system. Defective nets and components must be removed from service.
5. Personal Fall Arrest Systems when used as the means of fall protection on the job site shall comply with 29 CFR 1926.502(d). The contractor shall identify, in writing, an observer to be present on the ground at all times when personnel are engaged in activities requiring the use of these systems. (This person shall have certification by training and experience as a competent person in fall protection and shall not have any other duties that will encumber the observing duties.) Additionally, these systems shall:
a. Utilize full body harnesses (which meet ANSI A10.14-1991) to distribute the fall arrest forces as defined in 29 CFR 1926.500(b). Body belts shall not be used.
b. Utilize shock absorbing lanyards or retractable lifelines with locking type snap hooks to prevent “roll-out.”
c. Limit the free fall distance, as defined in 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii), to less than six feet and minimize associated swing hazards.
d. Ensure anchor points meet the 5,000-lb. strength requirements outlined in 29 CFR
1926.502(d)(15).
e. Ensure that all fall protection systems and components are inspected prior to each use and continue to be inspected by a competent person in accordance to the requirements set forth in 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(21). The contractor shall maintain records of inspection at the job site for review by RE and/or regulatory agencies.
6. Positioning Device Systems must comply with 29 CFR 1926.502(e). The contractor shall identify, in writing, an observer to be present on the ground at all times when personnel are engaged in activities requiring the use of these systems. (This person shall have certification by training and experience as a competent person in fall protection and shall not have any other duties that will encumber the observing duties.) Additionally, these systems shall:
a. Utilize full body harnesses (which meet ANSI Al0. 14-1991). Body belts shall not be used.
b. Utilize positioning lanyards with locking type snap hooks to prevent "roll-out."
c. Limit the free fall distance, as defined in 29 CFR 1926.502(e)(l), to less than two feet.
d. Ensure anchor points meet the 3,000-lb. strength requirements outlined in 29 CFR
1926.502(e)(2).
e. Ensure that all positioning device systems and components are inspected prior to each use and continue to be inspected by a competent person in accordance to the requirements set forth in 29 CFR 1926.502(e)(9). The contractor shall maintain records

of inspection at the job site for review by RE and/or regulatory agencies.
7. Fall Protection training shall be provided as described in 29 CFR 1926.503(a) and 29 CFR l926.2l(b)(2), be conducted by a competent person according to 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2), and be current within 12 months of issuance of the Notice To Proceed.
8. A training certification record showing the names of employees trained, the date(s) of the training, training topics, and the signature of the trainer in accordance with 29 CFR l926.503 (b & c) shall be submitted to the Contractor.
9. A NTP will not be issued until written evidence is received by FAA showing compliance with the fall protection training requirement. All contractor employees will be required to have, on file with FAA, their training records before they will be permitted on the job site.
Delays and related costs associated with the contractor's failure to comply shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor.
E. Required Forms to be submitted: The following forms must be completed and submitted to the
FAA at least five (5) working days prior to the Pre-Construction Conference:
1. Contractor Site Specific Safety Plan
2. Hazard Assessment of the work site (including identification of hazards, protective measures required and written certification)

SECTION 01 14 00 – WORK RESTRICTIONS
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 CONSTRUCTION LIMITS
A. The contractor must confine operations, activities, storage of materials and employee parking within the Remote Communications Air/ Ground (RCAG) site, as approved by the Contracting Officer. The site is located in Weld county maintenance facility, coordinate with county and SSC for storage of materials, employee parking and other activities that will impact the maintenance facility.
1.2 ACCESS TO SITE
A. Access to the site must be coordinated with Weld county and SSC. The contractor must maintain the security integrity of the site at all times. Any existing access roads including surface course, grading, and erosion protection must be maintained by the contractor throughout the contract term and be brought to "as-new" condition at the time of final inspection.
1.3 DAMAGE TO SITE
A. Damage to existing paving, lawns, curbs, or sidewalks caused by the contractor's activities must be repaired. All costs of repairs must be paid by the contractor. After notice to proceed and prior to the commencement of construction, the contractor and COR must conduct joint inspections of the existing areas affected by the construction. Existing damage or defects must be noted and will be used as the basis for determination of damages caused by the contractor's operations.
1.4 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES
A. Contractor must have shared use of the premises within the construction staging area limits for the execution of the work. Contractor must assume full responsibility for the protection and safekeeping of products stored on the site. The contractor and subcontractors must maintain the job site in a neat and orderly condition. This includes the daily removal of rubbish, waste and tools, equipment and materials not required for the work in progress.
1.5 FACILITY OPERATION
A. The FAA QFG RCAG facility and equipment will remain in operation during the entire construction period. The facility contains critical FAA equipment. This equipment must remain in service during this project. The Contractor must conduct his operations so as to cause the least possible interference with normal operations of the activity. Unplanned outages, due to construction activities, pose a significant risk to the FAA Air Traffic Control System and to aircraft in flight. Unplanned outages must be avoided.
No interruption in service of FAA equipment will be permitted without an approved facility outage coordinated by the resident engineer and FAA SSC staff.

1.3 DEFINITIONS
RFI: Request For Information, Request from SSC, Contract Officer, Project Engineer, or Contractor seeking information required by or clarifications of the Contract Documents.
1.4 INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS
A. Contract List: Prepare a written summary identifying individuals or firms proposed for each portion of the Work, including those who are to furnish products or equipment fabricated to a special design. Include the following information in tabular form:
1. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of entity performing contract or supplying products.
2. Number and title of related Specification Section(s) covered by contract.
3. Drawing number and detail references, as appropriate, covered by contract.
B. Key Personnel Names: Within 7 days of starting construction operations, submit a list of key personnel assignments, including superintendent and other personnel in attendance at Project site. Identify individuals and their duties and responsibilities; list addresses and cellular telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Provide names, addresses, and telephone numbers of individuals assigned as alternates in the absence of individuals assigned to the Project.

1.5 GENERAL COORDINATION PROCEDURES
A. Coordination: Coordinate construction operations included in different Sections of the Specifications to ensure efficient and orderly installation of each part of the Work. Coordinate construction operations included in different Sections that depend on each other for proper installation, connection, and operation.
1. Schedule construction operations in sequence required to obtain the best results where installation of one part of the Work depends on installation of other components, before or after its own installation.
2. Coordinate installation of different components to ensure maximum performance and accessibility for required maintenance, service, and repair.
3. Make adequate provisions to accommodate items scheduled for later installation.
B. Prepare memoranda for distribution to each party involved, outlining special procedures required for coordination. Include such items as required notices, reports, and list of attendees at meetings.
1. Prepare similar memoranda for FAA and separate contractors if coordination of their Work is required.
C. Administrative Procedures: Coordinate scheduling and timing of required administrative procedures with other construction activities to avoid conflicts and to ensure orderly progress of the Work. Such administrative activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Preparation of Contractor's construction schedule
2. Installation and removal of temporary facilities and controls
3. Delivery and processing of submittals
4. Progress meetings

1.6 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
A. General: Immediately on discovery of the need for additional information, clarification, or interpretation of the Contract Documents, Contractor shall prepare and submit an RFI in the form specified.
1. Project Engineer will return without response those RFIs submitted to Project Engineer by other entities controlled by Contractor
2. Coordinate and submit RFIs in a prompt manner so as to avoid delays in Contractor's work or work of subcontractors
B. Content of the RFI: Include a detailed, legible description of item needing information or interpretation and the following:
1. Project name
2. Project number
3. Date
4. Name of Contractor
5. Name of Project Engineer
6. RFI number, numbered sequentially

1. The following Contractor-generated RFIs will be returned without action:
a. Requests for approval of submittals.
b. Requests for approval of substitutions.
c. Requests for approval of Contractor's means and methods.
d. Requests for coordination information already indicated in the Contract
Documents.
e. Requests for adjustments in the Contract Time or the Contract Sum.
f. Requests for interpretation of Project Engineer's actions on submittals.
g. Incomplete RFIs or inaccurately prepared RFIs.
2. Project Engineer's action may include a request for additional information, in which case Project Engineer's time for response will date from time of receipt by Project Engineer of additional information.
3. Project Engineer's action on RFIs that may result in a change to the Contract Time or the Contract Sum may be eligible for Contractor to submit Change Proposal.
a. If Contractor believes the RFI response warrants change in the Contract Time or the Contract Sum, notify Contract Officer in writing within three days of receipt of the RFI response.
E. RFI Log: Prepare, maintain, and submit a tabular log of RFIs organized by the RFI number.
Submit log weekly include the following:
1. Project name
2. Name and address of Contractor
3. Name and address of Project Engineer
4. RFI number including RFIs that were returned without action or withdrawn
5. RFI description
6. Date the RFI was submitted

1.7 DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES
A. Project Engineer's Data Files Not Available: Project Engineer will not provide Project Engineer's CAD drawing digital data files for Contractor's use during construction.
1. Digital Drawing Software Program: Contract Drawings are available in PDF format.
2. Contractor shall execute a data licensing agreement in the form of Agreement form acceptable to FAA and Project Engineer.
a. Contractors, and other parties granted access to Project Engineer's digital data files shall execute a data licensing agreement in the form of Agreement form acceptable to FAA and Project Engineer.
3. Assemble complete submittal package into a single indexed file incorporating submittal requirements of a single Specification Section and transmittal form with links enabling navigation to each item.
4. Name file with submittal number or other unique identifier, including revision identifier.
5. Certifications: Where digitally submitted certificates and certifications are required, provide a digital signature with digital certificate on where indicated.
1.8 PROJECT MEETINGS
A. General: Project Engineer will schedule and conduct meetings and conferences at Project site unless otherwise indicated.
1. Attendees: Inform participants and others involved, and individuals whose presence is required, of date and time of each meeting. Notify FAA and Project Engineer of scheduled meeting dates and times a minimum of 10 working days prior to meeting.
2. Agenda: Prepare the meeting agenda. Distribute the agenda to all invited attendees.
3. Minutes: Entity responsible for conducting meeting will record significant discussions and agreements achieved. Distribute the meeting minutes to everyone concerned, including SSC, FAA RE, Contract Officer, and Project Engineer, within three days of the meeting.
B. Preconstruction Conference: Project Engineer will schedule and conduct a preconstruction conference before starting construction, at a time convenient to SSC, FAA Contracting Officer and Project Engineer, but no later than 15 days after Notice to Proceed.
1. Attendees: Authorized representatives of FAA, Project Engineer, and SSC; Contractor and its superintendent; major subcontractors; suppliers; and other concerned parties shall attend the conference. Participants at the conference shall be familiar with Project and authorized to conclude matters relating to the Work.
2. Agenda: Discuss items of significance that could affect progress, including the following:
a. Responsibilities and personnel assignments.
b. Tentative construction schedule.
c. Phasing.

1. Conduct the conference to review requirements and responsibilities related to Project closeout.
2. Attendees: Authorized representatives of SSC, FAA and Project Engineer; Contractor and its superintendent; major subcontractors; suppliers; and other concerned parties shall attend the meeting. Participants at the meeting shall be familiar with Project and authorized to conclude matters relating to the Work.
3. Agenda: Discuss items of significance that could affect or delay Project closeout, including the following:
a. Preparation of Record Documents.
b. Procedures required prior to inspection for Substantial Completion and for final inspection for acceptance.
c. Procedures for completing and archiving web-based Project software site data files.
d. Submittal of written warranties.
e. Requirements for preparing operations and maintenance data.
f. Requirements for delivery of material samples, attic stock, and spare parts.
g. Requirements for demonstration and training.

All participants at the meeting shall be familiar with Project and authorized to conclude matters relating to the Work.
2. Agenda: Review and correct or approve minutes of previous progress meeting. Review other items of significance that could affect progress. Include topics for discussion as appropriate to status of Project.
a. Contractor's Construction Schedule: Review progress since the last meeting.
Determine whether each activity is on time, ahead of schedule, or behind schedule, in relation to Contractor's construction schedule. Determine how construction behind schedule will be expedited; secure commitments from parties involved to do so.
Discuss whether schedule revisions are required to ensure that current and subsequent activities will be completed within the Contract Time.
1) Review schedule for next period.
b. Review present and future needs of each entity present, including the following:
1) Interface requirements.
2) Sequence of operations.
