The make and model of the unit(s) the batteries are going into is an Eaton 9390/160. The serial number of the unit being replaced is ED512CBB13

1.Qty of 40 (EA) each Eaton Powerware PWHR12540W4FR batteries, or manufacturer equal to this Eaton model of Battery to include:

a. Equal electrical specifications -

b. Correct Dimensions for the Eaton 9390/160 cabinet -

c. Proper connections points for reuse of the current UPS battery cables. -

2.New batteries with a manufactured date code not to exceed 6 months earlier than the date of installation.

See below for the minimum salient characteristics, electrical and physical requirements of batteries. Vendors are not restricted to the options below and may offer any equipment that meets a minimum of the following specifications:

AFRL /RIOS Eaton Battery Installation and Warranty service requirements

1. Freight pre-paid to AFRL loading dock.

1. Within 90 days of award.

1. Removal and EPA approved disposal of old lead batteries.

1. Installation of new batteries by Eaton certified technicians.

1. Labor and travel 5x8 (Mon thru Friday 8 to 5).

1. (3) Three Year Parts and 3 Year Labor warranty starting from the time of installation for all batteries.

1. Battery warranty issues handled by reseller not AFRL to OEM.

1. Resetting/baseline battery commissioning test codes.

1. Repair services by Eaton certified and employed technicians if any other portion of the UPS is damaged by installation technicians.
