Instructions: Offeror shall indicate compliance with each mandatory requirement by responding YES. Proposals that do not meet all mandatory requirements shall be deemed non responsive and shall not be considered. Attachment F Mandatory Requirements Checklist must be submitted with the Technical Proposal.
