About this file

This document is an Unescorted Access Questionnaire from the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration regarding a leased space opportunity in Honolulu, Hawaii (Solicitation #690EG4-23-L-00048). The purpose is to gather information to identify the unescorted access needs of the potential lessor's employees and contractors to determine appropriate background investigation requirements and PIV badging needs for the lease agreement.

The questionnaire requests the estimated number of employees, including contractors and subcontractors, that will require unescorted access to the FAA-controlled space, as well as details on the position titles, number of employees per category, and whether the access will be routine (more than 1 day per week) for over 180 days. The FAA is seeking a minimum of 2,100 to a maximum of 2,300 ABOA square feet of warehouse/industrial space within a specified geographic area in Honolulu. The offeror must submit architectural plans for any necessary modernization or adaptive reuse of the space.
