About this file
This document is a Post-Consumer Recycled Content (PCRC) Percentages Worksheet for a state contract with Response Envelope, Inc., identified by Contract #1-21-75-04. The worksheet is associated with the State Agency Buy Recycled Campaign (SABRC) and appears to be a California state government procurement document focusing on recycled content requirements for various product categories.
The contract covers a comprehensive range of envelope products manufactured by Response Envelope, Inc., including multiple envelope types such as window envelopes, catalog envelopes, booklet envelopes, and various sizes (#9, #10, #11). Each product line item is evaluated for its post-consumer recycled content percentage, with the company certifying that all listed items meet or exceed the minimum SABRC recycled content requirements, which range from 10% to 30% depending on the product category. The document includes detailed specifications for each envelope, such as color, construction type, and specific manufacturing characteristics, and includes a formal certification signed by Christina Diaz, the Customer Service Manager, on December 16, 2020, affirming the accuracy of the recycled content information.
