About this file

This is a Buy American Act Compliance Certification template document required for the solicitation to replace Air Handling Unit #34 (Project 565-26-110) at a Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration facility under Solicitation Number 36C24626Q0784.

This attachment serves as a certification form that contractors must complete to demonstrate compliance with Buy American Act requirements. The document functions as an appendix to the main solicitation and does not contain specific product or service requirements, pricing terms, or response deadlines. Instead, it is a mandatory compliance template that bidders must execute to certify that materials, products, or components proposed for the HVAC replacement project meet domestic content requirements as mandated by federal law. Contractors should refer to the primary solicitation documents, including the attached SF1442 form and related specifications, for detailed project requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
