This is a reporting template for the STC Automotive Parts contract (Pivot 5400024199) in South Carolina, designed to track vendor sales and administrative fees across multiple automotive supply categories. The template requires vendors to report sales data organized by product classification, including alternators and starters, batteries, bearings, belts and hoses, brakes, electrical and ignition components, emissions and exhaust systems, engine and drivetrain parts, filters, gaskets and seals, heating and cooling components, lamps and lighting, oils and fluids, pumps, suspension and steering components, wipers and washers, winter accessories, general automotive parts, and repair shop supplies and equipment. The reporting template includes fields for vendor name selection via dropdown menu, contract number, reporting period, entity name and type, purchase order number, invoice number and date, brand name, product description, product number, unit price, quantity, extended price, and administrative fees due.

The template structure indicates a comprehensive tracking system requiring vendors to document individual transactions with corresponding administrative fees calculated and due to the contracting entity. All price fields currently display zero values, suggesting this is a blank template awaiting data entry. The format accommodates detailed line-item reporting with extensive rows available for recording multiple purchases across the various automotive product categories, enabling the state or purchasing consortium to monitor contract performance, vendor compliance, and fee collections throughout the contract term.
