Part 2 – Asset Management and Preventative Maintenance (PM)

1. Demonstrate the asset register and the capabilities to manage an asset hierarchy. Demonstrate search capabilities.

2. Demonstrate real property lifecycle

3. Demonstrate the ability to associate operations and maintenance manuals, and warrantees and claims or other reference materials with an asset.

4. Showcase asset location capabilities including Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

5. Demonstrate real-time PM scheduling for newly created asset. Demonstrate scheduling options including calendar, meter readings, and real-time operational parameters.

6. Create a PM schedule (or provide a walkthrough of a pre-loaded PM schedule) associated with an asset.

7. Demonstrate how to edit job plans and associate them with PM’s. Demonstrate system capability to estimate number of hours required for PM based on previously charged labor for that similar PM.

8. Demonstrate integration with device monitoring systems to report downtime, trigger corrective work order and evaluate failures against expected service life

9. Demonstrate Asset Tagging and Scanning capabilities.

Part 3 – Labor Management and Scheduling

1. Demonstrate the capability to display work assignments across projects, teams and work types in order to level workloads, keep records and provide labor projections.

2. Demonstrate the system capabilities for managing certifications and/or skillsets.

3. Demonstrate ability to configure and track labor rates, with effective dates to allow for chargebacks.

4. Demonstrate scheduling using Gantt Charts, drag and drop scheduling, etc.

5. Demonstrate any automatic scheduling capabilities where the system automatically suggests worker schedules based on availability and necessary skills or certifications.

Part 4 - Work Order Lifecycle

An OFPM technician has discovered an issue in a building that requires servicing. The demonstration shall cover:

1. Technician identifies an issue and creates a work order, sets priority and work type (emergency, corrective, etc.) with all pertinent details from the perspective of the administrator responsible for generating work orders.

2. Demonstrate any approval workflow capabilities for the work order and release.

3. Assignment of a work order from the perspective of a shop manager to a resource to complete the work order. Demonstrate capability of the tool to either manually or automatically assign.

4. Demonstrate developing a job cost estimate including Identification of any materials and tools necessary to complete the work order. Demonstrate dynamic inventory capabilities including a scenario where there is not sufficient inventory on hand and the ability to generate a requisition and purchase request and route for approvals and demonstrate ability to delegate approvals.

5. Demonstrate receipt of work order by the employee responsible for performing the work using a mobile device*, demonstrate roles and permissions.

Attachment 7 – Oral Presentations Script

*The mobile device shall showcase all mobile work order capabilities including, but not limited to, notifications (text or email), receipt of the work order, off-line and ability to sync when connected, prioritization of other pending work orders, work order search capabilities, pending work order locations/mapping, any suggested map-based routing for completion of pending work orders, any associated procedures or reference material containing tasks for performing the work, and any other pertinent information available via a mobile device associated with work orders such as available parts/materials, tools, etc.
