About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document from a sources sought announcement addressing seven clarifications regarding a mat procurement.

The procurement requires delivery of mats that are 1 7/8 inches thick with an equivalent connector system (non-tape based) to the Flexi-Connect system. Logo specifications are mandatory, with the logo centered and sized as originally specified. The government will accept delivery only; installation is not required. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement. The delivery timeline is 30 days after award notice, with contractors required to contact the contracting office immediately if issues are encountered. While specific material performance standards exist beyond the thickness requirement, the document does not enumerate them in detail. Past performance references are not required as part of the evaluation process.
