About this file
This document contains a template for tracking government property provided under a federal contract for vessel repairs. The template requires contractors to record all government property received for a specific contract, including name, description, national stock number, serial number, value, and date received. Contractors must also note the current location of any property in their possession and provide disposition instructions for unused, serviceable, salvage, or scrap property. The disposition instructions must be approved by the government property administrator and the contractor is required to carry out all disposition instructions and submit the completed property report with the final invoice.
