About this file

This document is a government property report template to be completed by a contractor during contract performance. It requires the contractor to provide details of all government property received for use on the contract, including name, description, national stock number, and serial number of each item. For any unused property, the contractor must indicate the current location and include disposition instructions to return, reinstall, or dispose of as serviceable, salvage, or scrap. The report template includes fields for the contractor and government property administrator to certify that all property has been accounted for in accordance with the disposition instructions provided.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the US Coast Guard for its HAMILTON MPDE FY20 FYQ3 requirement. No other details are provided about the required products or services.
