1.2 Construction of the shallow furrow rangeland drills will occur at the contractor’s facilities or subcontracted facilities.

1.3 The drills will utilize modern parts and components that are readily available. Parts that are still available for the B-Box style rangeland drill shall be utilized in the construction of the drill.

1.2 Contractor shall plan accordingly for labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, and incidentals; and perform all work necessary to complete fabrication and delivery.

1.9 The Government will have the option to inspect the contractor's work before, during, and after completion of this contract.

2.0 DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS

2.1 An owner’s manual will be provided to the Government for each drill that consist of schematics, drawings, and all part numbers with an associated cost. The contractor will provide specifications, part numbers, and an associated cost for any parts that need to be manufactured.

2.2 The contractor shall build and provide for delivery Six (6) shallow furrow rangeland drills, as described below. References to brand names are provided for reference and are not mandatory, provided the quoted machinery meets the stated requirements.
