A Brand Name Justification is required so that only Pauli Systems Inc. and their authorized vendors may quote on this requirement.

(3) Description of the supplies/services required to meet the agency's needs:

Routine and Emergency Maintenance on Paint Booths that have been manufactured by Pauli Systems Inc.

(4) Justification for restricting consideration to a brand-name item:

Pauli Systems Inc. is the manufacturer for Paint Booth Inserts and the curing ovens on Moody AFB. Only Pauli Systems Inc. and authorized vendors are permitted to perform work on this equipment.

(5) Contracting Officer's determination that the anticipated cost to the Government will be fair and reasonable:

The IGE for this requirement is based off of 50% of Option Year 2 of FA483017PS019. After speaking with the Manufacturer, the Contracting Officer believes that the IGE is fair and reasonable.
