FA568222Q7047 Laser Etcher - Specifications
The item shall have a minimum working surface of 48" X 36" and depth of more than 12"
The item shall include an IRIS™ camera positioning system or equivalent: the requirement is for a laser etcher which can provide a live image of the engraving table so the operators can quickly and accurately position their work on whatever product they are engraving.
The item shall be wireless/USB Capable: USB, Ethernet compatible
The item shall be Windows 7/8/10 Compatible
The item shall include Photo/Corel Draw Graphics/management software
The item shall include dual lens: 3" Fiber / 4" Optical CO2
The item shall have a minimum resolution of 1200 dpi
The item’s engraving speed and power shall be 165 IPS (4.2m/s), electrical shall be Dual voltage (110 and 240V)
The item shall have an Internal Memory of 1GB
The item shall have the following Operating Modes: Raster, Vector and Combined modes of use
The item shall include a Touch Screen Display
The item shall include an Air Assist Pump
The item shall be able to engrave wood, fabric, glass, coated metals, cloth, leather, paper, rubber, plastic, brass, and steel
The item shall be able to cut wood, acrylic, fabric, cloth, leather, paper, rubber, fiberglass, and plastic.
The item shall be capable to cut round surfaces and shall have Rotary Capability
Training in English language is required either onsite or by virtual classes or through a detailed video on how to operate the laser etcher or virtual classes
