About this file

This request for quotation solicits a benchtop bioreactor system. The USDA Agricultural Research Service Plains Area National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility requires a modular 2L bioreactor/fermentor system that supports bacterial, mammalian, yeast, and insect cell culture. The bioreactor must have a controller for parallel operation of up to 16 vessels, support variable agitation, pH, DO, liquid addition and batch, fed-batch, continuous and cyclic perfusion modes. Online optical measurements and individual gas mixing are also required. Quotes are due by August 18th, 2022 and should be emailed to Kelly Wright at the provided address. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the most advantageous quote based on technical acceptance, past performance, and price.
