About this file
This document provides packaging instructions and a federal contract opportunity notice. The packaging instructions specify how to package an engine starter motor with National Stock Number 2920-01-460-0271. The solicitation was electronically issued and any amendments must be accessed periodically online. Interested parties must check for amendments and ensure responses address them prior to the closing date. All contractors providing goods or services to the Department of Defense must register in the System for Award Management.
