Salient Characteristics for CLIN 0008

1. OpenScape Voice provides basic and advanced IP set-up and media control between touch-screen workstations (all handsets/headsets/speakers) and all telephone and radio resources, including conferencing and alerting services.

2. System Manager – System manager server running Linux Server software for the

Dispatch Manager Application.

3. Controller Workstation – Touch Screen Dispatch Console – computer client running

Linux with touchscreen display.
