DELIVERABLES LIST FOR THE 1

SDA TRACKING LAYER TRANCHE 0 (T0) 2

WIDE FIELD OF VIEW (WFOV) PROGRAM 3

Draft Dated May 11, 2020 4

HARDWARE: 5

1. Space Vehicles, Quantity: up to eight (8) (TBR). One space vehicle is an integrated 6 satellite consisting of structure, mission payloads, bus subsystems and fuel. 7

2. Launch Dispenser, Quantity: one per launch vehicle. A launch dispenser is the hardware 8 adaptor that connects the space vehicle to the launch vehicle. It is presumed multiple 9 space vehicles will be paired with one launch vehicle; if only one space vehicle is paired 10 with a launch vehicle, then this item may be referred to as the payload adaptor. 11

3. Satellite Test Bed, Quantity: one. The satellite test bed is the platform upon which space 12 and ground segment software is tested to assess expected or unexpected performance. It 13 can be a purpose-built item or the integration of subsystem-level test beds. The satellite 14 test bed is also known by the term flat sat. 15

SOFTWARE: 16

4. Mission Data Processing, Quantity: one Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI). 17 This software is required to process digital exceedances into mission data for operational 18 consumers. It can be located in the space segment, the ground segment or both. 19

5. Offline Mission Data Analysis Tool, Quantity: one CSCI. This software is used to post-20 process data from the mission data processing CSCI for offline analysis, trending, etc. It 21 will likely be located in the ground segment. 22

6. Telemetry, Tracking and Commanding, Quantity: one CSCI. This software is required 23 to perform TT&C of the satellites. It can be located in the space segment, the ground 24 segment or both. 25

7. Offline TT&C Data Analysis Tool, Quantity: one CSCI. This software is used to post-26 process data from the TT&C system CSCI for offline analysis, trending, etc. It will likely 27 be located in the ground segment. 28

DATA 29

8. On-Orbit Data. This data comprises bus and payload telemetry, both raw data and 30 processed data. Electronic delivery is expected at contract completion or 31 decommissioning of the satellites, whichever occurs first. 32

9. BMC3 Software Development Kit. This data describes the open, modular software 33 architecture to allow third parties to develop space vehicle applications for the BMC3 34 module without support from the T0 WFOV Contractor. 35
