Schedule Notes:
1. One Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated from this RFQ. Contractor must enter both unit prices and totals for all line items. Type prices directly into the schedule provided, to promote readability.
2. Contractor must have an active registration at sam.gov to be eligible for award. (Note that a status of “”ID Assigned” is NOT an active registration).
3. Payment will only be made for the items shown. Any work needed to complete this project that is not listed, is considered incidental to the items shown.
4. Clause FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment protections will apply to this purchase order if the awarded price exceeds $35,000.00. Any applicable costs for bonds are considered incidental to the project as a whole, and must be included in the total amount quoted. The price of any purchase order, resulting from this solicitation, will not be increased to accommodate a contractor’s failure to account for bonding prices.
5. This solicitation includes a technical evaluation, in addition to pricing. Refer to Sections L & M for details on what to submit in response to this RFQ.
6. No formal site visit is scheduled for this project. Refer to clause FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) for information on arranging to inspect the work site prior to submitting your quote.
