About this file

This is a Vendor Accessibility Checklist for the State of Colorado's CPRG Accelerator Research and Best Practices contract opportunity. The checklist outlines five primary requirements that vendors must address regarding digital accessibility compliance. Vendors are required to demonstrate whether they maintain an accessibility statement of commitment regarding digital accessibility, confirm that documents and digital content will meet WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria or applicable non-web standards, and ensure PDF documents comply with PDF/UA standards. Additionally, vendors must describe their compliance assessment methodologies, which may include automated tools, manual testing, or screen reader software such as JAWS, JawsInspect, or CommonLook.

The checklist further requires vendors to provide compliance reports for products they will create and furnish contact information for an individual responsible for addressing accessibility questions. The document references the Vendor Accessibility Guide and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 as supporting resources for vendors completing the assessment. This accessibility checklist appears to be a mandatory component of the vendor qualification process, ensuring that all deliverables meet specified digital accessibility standards before contract award.
