The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, preventive maintenance (i.e., oil, tyres, shocks, etc.), management, supervision, quality control, labor and other incidentals necessary to accomplish this. The Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) standardizes the ordering process, Statement of Work, and pricing received as result of the solicitation. A Multiple-award BPA is awarded to multiple companies to increase ordering flexibility. As the government will be awarding numerous vehicles simultaneously, a multiple-award BPA allows the government to award to multiple different companies if one company alone is not able to provide the required vehicle model or quantity.
