This is a shipment history report documenting lottery consumables and gaming materials distributed to 4,032 retail locations across South Carolina by the South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) from July 2024 through June 2026. The report tracks inventory movements for the South Carolina Education Lottery's computer gaming system and services contract, which encompasses multiple game types including Pick 3 with Fireball, Pick 4 with Fireball, Palmetto Cash 5, Cash Pop, Powerball with DoublePlay, Mega Millions play slips, and ticket stock. Line items detail individual retailer orders by retailer ID and name, order numbers, consumable types with quantities shipped, order dates, return quantities and dates where applicable, tracking numbers, package numbers, and material weights. Key consumables tracked include ticket stock in various roll configurations (4-inch and 7-inch rolls), Pick 3 and Pick 4 play slips with Fireball features, Cash Pop slips (250-slip packs), Mega Millions play slips in both legacy and new matrix formats, Powerball with DoublePlay play slips, and Palmetto Cash 5 play slips. Shipments span from July 2024 through June 2026, with order processing occurring regularly throughout this period at intervals of approximately one to three months per retailer location.

The report demonstrates active inventory management across a geographically distributed retail network, with retailers ranging from single-location convenience stores to multi-location chains and fuel stations. Return activity appears minimal across the dataset, with most return quantity and return date fields remaining empty, indicating high acceptance rates of delivered materials. The shipment tracking data includes standardized tracking numbers and package identifiers for each shipment, enabling logistics verification and audit compliance. Material weights are consistently recorded for inventory accountability purposes, with ticket stock items weighing between 1.55 and 46.5 pounds depending on quantity and format, and play slip packs typically weighing 1.55 to 3.2 pounds. This comprehensive transaction record supports SCEL's operational requirements for managing lottery ticket and play slip distribution across its 4,032 statewide retail locations while maintaining audit trails and performance analytics for the computer gaming system and services platform.
