Key points include confirmation of metal file cabinets in black, workstation power configurations with wall connections and power poles, clarification on installation (union or non-union), screen mounting options, and specific requirements such as locking pedestals.

The amendment provides critical details for potential bidders, including guidance on product substitutions, screen finishes, and mounting methods. Notable clarifications include no requirement for seating, acceptance of PET screen finishes, and clamp mounting for screens. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 2 by initialing the proposal, and all questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer, Casie Ewalt. The project involves furnishing 66 workstations with specific technical requirements, and the university will evaluate bids based on responsiveness, pricing, and compliance with the detailed specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.
