About this file
This is Amendment #3 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of South Carolina Department of Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse Services (DAODAS) for website design, development, and maintenance services. The solicitation requires offerors to submit proposals for comprehensive website services, with a deadline of January 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM ET. A pre-proposal conference was scheduled for December 11, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET via telephone or video conference, and questions from offerors were due by December 14, 2020 at 2:00 PM ET. The award was posted on February 22, 2021, with amendments posted on March 8, 2021. Offerors must submit one copy of their proposal online at http://www.procurement.sc.gov and agree to hold their offer open for a minimum of ninety calendar days after the opening date.
This amendment increased the page limit for proposal responses from the original limit to 65 pages and clarified specific requirements regarding ArcGIS integration and resource maps functionality, including that links to examples of work are acceptable for demonstration purposes. The amendment confirmed that resource maps will function similar to Google Maps with dedicated page or tab access, with embed codes provided, while the GIS hub will remain a separate external site linked from the DAODAS website. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments by identifying the amendment number and date on Page Two of their submission. The procurement officer for this solicitation is Kathy Santandreu, reachable at 803-896-5304 or ksantandreu@mmo.sc.gov.
