About this file

This is Amendment One for a solicitation by the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) for Emergency Power Supply Maintenance services, issued on 06/13/2025. The solicitation requires vendors to submit electronic technical and business proposals online by 07/09/2025 at 11:00 AM EST. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 06/11/2025 at 08:30 am, with interested parties required to contact the procurement officer at champiow@musc.edu to schedule a visit. The award is expected to be posted on 07/31/2024, and vendors must hold their offer open for a minimum of 90 calendar days after the opening date.

The amendment includes clarifications on specific maintenance requirements, such as wiping down and cleaning equipment enclosures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Questions from potential bidders were addressed, including site visit logistics and work expectations. The solicitation emphasizes that generators are not included in the contract's scope, and all work must adhere to the most stringent local, state, and federal safety standards, codes, and regulations. Vendors are expected to submit multiple electronic copies of their proposals, including redacted versions, and must be a single, distinct legal entity.
