About this file

This document is an Amendment to an existing contract (DOT09523-3) between the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Nature Conservancy. The amendment, executed on May 24, 2024, extends the original contract's term from May 31, 2024, to May 31, 2026, with both parties agreeing to the contract extension through signatures by Nathan Fling from ODOT and Bill Stanley from Nature Conservancy.

The amendment maintains all previous terms and conditions from the original contract fully executed on May 17, 2022, and confirms that the existing contract rates and compensation will remain effective throughout the two-year extension period. While specific details about the goods or services are not elaborated in this document, the amendment indicates that the original contract's pricing and intent will continue unchanged, with the only modification being the extended contract duration.
