About this file
This document is an Additional Insured Endorsement for a Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance policy, specifically related to the State of Arizona. The endorsement names the State of Arizona, including its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, universities, officers, officials, agents, and employees as additional insured parties under the policy.
The endorsement outlines the scope of additional insured coverage, which applies to liability for bodily injury, property damage, or personal and advertising injury caused by the policyholder's acts or omissions during ongoing operations. The coverage is limited by legal constraints and contractual requirements, with the insurance provider's maximum payment determined by either the contract's specified amount or the policy's declared insurance limits, whichever is less. The document does not provide specific details about goods, services, pricing, or contract duration, as it is primarily an insurance policy amendment focused on defining additional insured protections.
