SECTION G – CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA
GOVERNMENT – FURNISHED PROPERTY
The Government will provide the following items(s) of Government property to the Contractor for use in the performance of this contract. This property shall be used and maintained by the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the “Government Property” FAR clause contained elsewhere in the contract.
(2) 20 amp dedicated circuits with (2) fused disconnects.
Safety/Stop Sign Pre-Construction Meeting A pre-construction meeting with the successful offeror is reuired. It will be scheduled within 10 days of contract award. The meeting will be held at PSW forest fire Laboratory, 4955 Canyon Crest Drive, Riverside, CA 92507.
The Contractor shall bring the following to the meeting for discussion and/or approval:
1. Contract, Specifications, Drawings
2. Safety Plan
3. Schedule of Work
INVOICES
Payment will be processed by the National Finance Center (NFC) in New Orleans, LA. A copy of the invoice should be submitted to Warren Hanna at whanna@fs.fed.us by email: for task completion verification once verified Mr. Hanna will email invoice to Ella Whitfield at ewhitfield@fs.fed.us for electronic receipting and processing the payment to NFC.
INCIDENTAL ITEMS
The intent of the contract is to provide for the completion of the project described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as incidental to and included in the payment of items shown.
