Collapsible Tanks

3/24/2017

1. Please clarify the type and location of the fittings on the tank. You’re asking for 2 flanges to be mounted on the tank? No valves? You also mentioned (1) 2.5” NH female coupler. Is it just the coupler and nothing else or is there a second end such as threads? Is the female fitting going coupling from 2” to 2.5” or just 2.5”. The larger tanks you want supported by foam or rigid structure?

See attached pic (flange example) and the larger tanks need to have a foam collar

2. Question regarding the fittings. Do you have a specification for them that shows what are the

Type, Class, and Materials? Please define the flange a little more. What size is the flange (this is the circular part around the base that has the bolt holes O.D. and I. D.? Is it raised face or flat face? Is the 2.5” NH female to be female swivel?

The ID is 2.5”, OD is 6” (see attached), flange should have swivel, cap, with National Hose thread.
