Pull road fill back on both sides of washout to 2H:1V slope. Use excavation material to construct a berm that blocks the entire roadway. Install silt fence around berms. Existing road fill is approximately 8’ deep and roadway width is 20’. Stabilize exposed slopes with 4 oz. non-woven geotextile.
Tuck ends of geotextile into ground 6” and use stakes or staples to adequately attach geotextile to slope. Line toe of slope at edge of stream with large rocks, if available on site.
