AMENDMENT 01 REPLACES THE EXPERIENCE
QUESTIONNAIRE, ATTACHMENT 04 WITH THE PPQ AS

THE EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE IS NO LONGER REQUIRED
AMENDMENT 01 ANSWERS THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
1. Is there an incumbent providing the support as cited in the PWS and the staff as cited in
Sec. 8.0 of the PWS (Attachment 2)? If there is an incumbent, will responders have permission to interview the incumbent staff members?
The Incumbent is Genesis International Management

months and that option periods may apply to the order?
After the contact is awarded, inclusive of the base and all options periods it will be initiated with its first task order. The employees supporting it will only be in-place at the given location where the contract is performed for twelve months. If the option periods are exercised by the Government, the modification will be done for the option and the new task will be done for the flowing year.
3. Page 25, 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent

These were used as examples and may be required in the new requirement award.
4. Page 28, AGAR 452.211-74, the period of performance is shown as starting 1 December 2016 versus 1 January 2017 elsewhere in the RFP, please clarify.
The Period of Performance for the Base Period of
Contract is 1 January 2017 to December 31, 2017.
5. Pages 55-58, Section L, Past Performance.
Please clarify what the offeror is to submit as its Part II, Past Performance Information. The
RFP speaks to past performance questionnaires and performance surveys, but Attachment 04
(Experience Questionnaire) doesnt seem to correlate to this requirement and it doesnt appear to be a document that an offeror would send to past or current clients to obtain contract specific evaluation information.
The Past Performance Questionnaire was missing in the original Solicitation. It will be included in the amendment to replace the original
Attachment 04.
