ATTACHMENT TO STANDARD FORM 30, (BLOCK 14 CONTINUED)

This amendment adds the following “Annual Price Adjustment” option to the schedule of items (Continuation of Standard Form 1449, Block 18B)

ANNUAL PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Quoters wishing to propose revised prices in successive years shall state in the spaces below the price adjustment percentages to be used by the Government to compute future year prices. For instance, a 3% price adjustment factor is shown as 3% (rather than 103% or 1.03). Note that the price adjustment percentage can be either negative or positive. The factors stated will be compounded annually. If no percentage is entered, future year prices will be the same as base year prices. Contractor’s price adjustment percentages(s):

Unit price shown on Schedule of Items is Effective Date of Award – December 31, 2015 ___________% Effective January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016 ___________% Effective January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017 ___________% Effective January 1, 2018 – May 31, 2018

(End of Annual Price Adjustment)

This amendment adds the following sentence to the schedule of items (Continuation of Standard Form 1449, Block 18B)

Revised wage rates will be added via contract modification annually during the start of each calendar year.

This amendment publicizes the following questions and responses submitted by potential quoters.

1. Question: Are all the units currently open that are shown in the task order?

Response: They are all open although not all have been flagged. One area is gated but it can be walked into.

2. Question: I just have a quick question regarding solicitation AG-04R4-S-15-0006 IDIQ Manual Weed Control. In the solicitation AG-04R4-S-15-0006 IDIQ Manual Weed Control there is a Task Order (page 62 of the solicitation packet) that says it will be awarded at the same time as the IDIQ. The task order is not in the return bid packet that was posted on FBO. Does the task order need to be sent in with the IDIQ?

Response: The Task Order doesn’t need to be returned with the quote packet.

The actual quantity awarded for that Task Order will likely change based on the fixed prices of the IDIQ contract schedule of items.

(End of Amendment)
