B. Payment shall be made at the contract prices listed in the Schedule of Items.
1.03 INCIDENTAL WORK
A. Work to be performed which is not specifically called out to be measured and / or paid for shall be incidental to other related items listed in the Schedule of Items. There will be no separate measurement and payment for any work not specifically listed in the Schedule of Items.
B. The summation of all bid items under the Schedule of Items shall equal all work required by the Drawings, Specifications and incidentals to complete a functioning job regardless of whether all the work needed is described in the collective bid items.
1.04 PRICES FOR COMPLETE ITEM
A. The prices listed in the Schedule of Items shall be payment in full for all labor, tools, equipment, materials, etc., which are required to construct respective bid items according to the Contract
Documents, including all work and materials for a fully functioning item.
1.05 UNIT PRICES
A. Bid items calling for unit prices show estimated quantities of work to be performed. These quantities, although shown with as much accuracy as possible, are approximate only and are for bidding purposes only. Payment to the Contractor shall be made on the quantity of work actually performed by the Contractor. Also see variation in quantities FAR clause elsewhere in this contract.
1.06 PARTIAL PAYMENT ON UNIT AND LUMP SUM ITEMS
A. Payment for unit bid items and lump sum bid items only partially completed at the end of monthly invoice periods shall be based on a percentage of work completed as determined by the
Contracting Officer. An example is the construction of pipelines where the unit bid price includes the excavation and backfill of the trenches, installation of pipe, trench compaction, flushing and testing, although the Contractor may have installed certain footage of pipeline, yet has not completed the testing and/or restoration work. The actual payment for that bid item will be reduced to reflect the actual amount of work completed.2/28/2010 Pine Creek Work Center -

3.04 PATCHING
A. As soon as forms are stripped remove fins caused by form joints. Patch all holes, depressions and small rock pockets by first saturating with water and packing stiff patching grout into voids.
Repair large holes, rock pockets, spalls, and honeycombs by chipping away all coarse or broken material until a dense uniform surface of concrete remains; saturate with water, apply thin layer of neat cement; pack stiff patching grout, and thoroughly tamp.
B. Preshrink patching grout by mixing approximately 30 minutes before using.
C. Float patches with wooden float before initial setting; provide a neat, well-blended patch.
